Standard Care
All our broadband product come with Standard Care included in your monthly fee. This provides for a 40 working hour target response
between the hours of 8:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday excluding Christmas and Bank Holidays.
Enhanced Care
For businesses that require a faster response to faults we offer Enhanced Care – this reduces the target fault clearance time to 20
clock hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – excluding Christmas and Bank Holidays.
Premium Care
For businesses where their broadband connectivity is critical, Premium Care offers a target fault clearance time of 8 clock hours, 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week – excluding Christmas and Bank Holidays. Note. that for CityFibre connections ONLY the working window is
reduced to between 8:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday excluding Christmas and Bank Holidays.

such as tablets, laptops and backup for traditional fixed line Internet connectivity, MobileMonkey offers a great value unlimited* data only tariff – just pop the SIM into
your device and you’re ready to go!
